This is also a 'Class 3' Domestic ladder, made to BS2037,
this however is of superior design, it has three sections making it able
to cope with higher ceilings, it uses less room on your loft floor, it
comes complete with a handrail that can be positioned to your liking and
it has an ingenious 'cantilever' design that makes it sit at an angle in
your loft poised for action, this makes operation very smooth and much
easier than the Spacemaker. This is a very popular model.
