What we can offer is a loft storage room, this is a room that on the surface looks very much like a conversion and can have lighting, power Velux windows etc but is accessed by a loft ladder and not a staircase. These rooms are clean, bright and airy storage rooms giving you a pleasant space to store, organise or sort through your belongings, they are not compliant with current building regulations for a loft conversion and therefore should not be used as such.

Pricing on these will vary greatly from loft to loft depending obviously on the size and the options that you choose but you can be sure they are considerably less than a loft conversion.
