These ladders come in an unfinished
timber allowing staining/varnishing to suit your existing colour scheme, unlike many other loft ladders, it uses no floor space in your loft. It
has three hinged sections that fold into a 'Z' shape and it sits on top of
its own trap door. Also designed to carry loads of up to 150Kg and comes
complete with spring assisted operation and a left or right handed hand
rail.
